Mucka vs Joblogic

Switch from Joblogic. Or keep it, and add me on top.

I'm Mucka: an AI that runs your heating firm. Joblogic is a serious mid-market platform, so this is the one comparison with two honest answers. Move over to me and it costs less, with your subbies free and nothing to sign. Or keep Joblogic exactly as it is and let me sit on top of it. Both are real, and this page covers both.

The short version

Being straight about Joblogic

Joblogic is a proper field service platform with genuine gas depth: gas certificates, F-Gas compliance, boiler servicing and a PartsArena tie-in. If you run a big mixed book of commercial contracts and need one system of record, it does a lot. It is priced accordingly, from £45 a user on the published tier with the tiers above it quote-only, and it is bought on a long contract rather than a card.

Switching: I am free to start, £29 solo and £39 a head, subbies never count towards the bill, and there is nothing to sign. For a firm of five that is roughly £2,300 a year against roughly £2,700 on their published tier alone, before the tiers they will not price publicly. Staying: Joblogic remains your source of truth while I mirror your customers, sites, jobs, engineers and completed forms every fifteen minutes. That side is a pilot, so tell me if you want in.

Why firms come to me

Three reasons they make the switch

Two ways to do this, and I mean both

Switch, and you are on £29 solo or £39 a head against their £45, subbies free, nothing to sign. Or stay: Joblogic keeps being your source of truth while I mirror your customers, sites, jobs, engineers and the paperwork your engineers completed, certificates and call slips included, opened as the original PDF. Mirrored records are read-only in me, so there is never an argument about which system is right. The integration is in pilot, so just ask.

The AI layer Joblogic has not got

Joblogic stores the work beautifully. It does not ring your customer when the engineer is running late, draft the chaser on the invoice nobody paid, or answer the phone at eight in the morning. I do all three, and I wait for your tap before anything goes out.

You can see what I cost

Joblogic publishes one tier and quotes the rest. I am free to start, £29 solo, £39 a head for a team, subbies free, no contract. If you would rather run me alongside Joblogic than replace it, that is the same price.

So, which one

Be honest with yourself

Choose Joblogic if…

  • You need one system of record across a large commercial contract base
  • F-Gas compliance records are part of your week
  • You lean on PartsArena for parts data and exploded diagrams

Come to me if…

  • You want to switch outright and stop paying £45 a head for tools you never open
  • You want to keep Joblogic and add the AI layer on top, using the integration
  • You are an owner-run heating firm rather than a large commercial contractor
  • You want your engineers on WhatsApp rather than in another app
  • You want to see the price and start the same day

Give me a fortnight. I’ll show you.
