There is a free plan to get started. Solo is £29 per month and Team is £39 per user per month, with custom builds for bigger operations. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.

Paid plans come with 60 minutes of AI Receptionist time included. On Solo that's 60 minutes; on Team it's 60 minutes free per user. It isn't part of the free plan. If you need more, you can buy a pack of 500 extra minutes for £45. Minute packs don't expire, so any minutes you buy stay on your account until you use them, with no monthly reset.

Yes, a 14-day free trial is standard, with no card needed up front.

If you don't subscribe, your workspace drops to the Free Forever plan. Your jobs, clients, engineers and diary stay live and editable, and everything you already raised, including your certificates, stays viewable. You keep manual quoting and invoicing, plus 30 typed AI replies a month. It is one seat, the owner, and issuing new certificates, the proactive engine, voice, WhatsApp and the integrations wait until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out of their own data.

Card payments are handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1, so card numbers never touch Mucka. Your business data is held in secure cloud storage with per-workspace isolation.

Your account and service data is kept for up to 12 months after you close your account, then deleted. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Yes. Mucka onboards you conversationally when you sign up, and there are training videos plus a support team on hand to help.

Certificates do, fully, because a cellar or a plant room is where they actually get filled in. Start one from the job, fill it in, take the photos and capture both signatures with no bars at all: it saves to the phone as you go and uploads itself when you reconnect. Emailing it to the customer is the only part that waits for a connection. The rest of Mucka keeps a readable copy of the day's jobs, the fortnight's schedule, your clients and job notes, and refreshes the moment signal returns.
